Sloe fool Recipe

  • 200ml/7fl oz double cream
  • 2 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp sloe jelly, warmed to melt
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped, to serve
  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form when the whisk is removed.
  2. Whisk in the yoghurt and icing sugar.
  3. Fold half of the warmed sloe jelly into the cream mixture to create a marble effect.
  4. To serve, spoon the sloe fool into a serving glass. Garnish with the chopped orange and the remaining warmed sloe jelly.
