- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 cup stick margarine
- 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Paprika
- In a skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender. Add beans, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Serve with sour cream; sprinkle with paprika if desired.
