Skewered Marinated Flank Steak Recipe

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 pound flank steak, cut across grain into 1-inch strips
  • Bamboo skewers
  1. Whisk first 8 ingredients in small bowl. Place steak in baking dish. Pour marinade over. Cover and marinate 2 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  2. Preheat broiler. Thread steak strips on skewers; discard remaining marinade. Place skewers on broiler pan and cook to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
