Six Cheese Italian Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, fine chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 (7 ounce) package Borden® Shred Medleys™ Tuscan Herb Shredded Cheese, seasoned according to package directions, divided
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • corn tortilla chips
  • chunky salsa (optional)
  • sour cream (optional)
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. COMBINE spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt in large bowl; stir well.
  3. ADD seasoned cheese; stir to blend. Spoon mixture into medium baking dish; bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  4. SPRINKLE with tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream.
