- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, fine chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 (7 ounce) package Borden® Shred Medleys™ Tuscan Herb Shredded Cheese, seasoned according to package directions, divided
- 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
- corn tortilla chips
- chunky salsa (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
- PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
- COMBINE spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt in large bowl; stir well.
- ADD seasoned cheese; stir to blend. Spoon mixture into medium baking dish; bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- SPRINKLE with tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream.
