- 2 Sutton & Dodge® beef tenderloin steaks
- 2 tablespoons Sutton & Dodge roasted garlic and Parmesan butter
- 1 cup uncooked peeled shrimp, 71- to 90-count, thawed
- Heat grill. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Place steaks on grill over medium-high heat. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, for medium rare or to desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, melt Parmesan butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and firm.
- Place grilled steaks on serving plates; top with shrimp.
