- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen raw shrimp, thawed and peeled
- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ taco seasoning
- 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ refrigerated mango salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 small ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, chopped
- Heat grill.
- Toss shrimp and taco seasoning in medium bowl until shrimp are well coated. Thread shrimp on 4 metal skewers or place in grill basket. Wrap tortillas in foil.
- Place shrimp and tortillas on grill over medium heat. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, or until shrimp are pink. Remove tortillas when heated through.
- To serve, place shrimp in tortillas, top with salsa, cilantro and avocado.
