Shrimp Louis Recipe

  • 1 (4 ounce) package mixed baby greens salad
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cooked shrimp, tail on, peeled and deveined, thawed, tails removed and patted dry
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Archer Farms™ hot chili pineapple grill sauce
  • 5 tablespoons green onions, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  1. Arrange salad greens on four plates. Top with shrimp.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce and 4 tablespoons of the green onions; spoon over shrimp. Add tomato wedges and sprinkle with remaining green onions.
