Shrimp Louis Recipe
- 1 (4 ounce) package mixed baby greens salad
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cooked shrimp, tail on, peeled and deveined, thawed, tails removed and patted dry
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Archer Farms™ hot chili pineapple grill sauce
- 5 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- Arrange salad greens on four plates. Top with shrimp.
- Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce and 4 tablespoons of the green onions; spoon over shrimp. Add tomato wedges and sprinkle with remaining green onions.
