Shrimp BLTS Recipe
- 8 slices Market Pantry™ White Bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 8 ounces Harvest of the Sea™ Shrimp, thawed
- 1 (2.2 ounce) package Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Slices
- Remove tails from shrimp and slice in half.
- Spread one side of each piece of bread with 1 tablespoon ranch dressing.
- Heat bacon slices according to package instructions.
- Place tomato slices on bread and top with shrimp, bacon and lettuce.
- Place second piece of bread on top, cut in half and serve.
