Shredded Vegetable Slaw Recipe

  • 1 cup Dannon® Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag shredded vegetable slaw mix
  1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, soy, honey, oil, ginger and pepper. Add vegetable slaw mixture and toss to coat. Let slaw stand at least 20 minutes before serving.
