- 1 (16 ounce) package cooked shrimp, thawed, tails removed and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped English cucumber
- 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ hot chile pineapple sauce
- Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve with tortilla chips, if you like.
