Short-Cut Ceviche Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package cooked shrimp, thawed, tails removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped English cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ hot chile pineapple sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips, if you like.
