- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 ounce crème de menthe
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
- 6 drops green food coloring
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Green sprinkles (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, crème de menthe, peppermint extract, if using, and the green food coloring. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and top with the whipped cream and sprinkles.
