- 1 tbsp oil
- 100g/3½oz green beans, sliced
- ½ red pepper, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- 55g/2oz rump steak, trimmed and cut into 5 thin strips
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- dash olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- For the spicy green beans, heat the oil in a frying pan, add the beans, pepper and onion and fry for a few minutes until softened.
- Add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for a further 3-4 minutes.
- For the sesame steak, thread each steak strip onto a cocktail stick and drizzle over the honey.
- Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the steak over a high heat for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through and golden-brown.
- To serve, sprinkle the steak with sesame seeds and place onto a serving plate with the spicy green beans.
