Sesame prawn toasts Recipe

  • 2 slices French bread, cut on the diagonal
  • 2 raw tiger prawns, peeled and de-veined
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • ½ red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
  1. Heat a griddle pan until smoking. Add the slices of bread and grill on one side until golden.
  2. Place the remaining ingredients into a mini food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Spread the un-toasted sides of the bread with the prawn mixture and then place prawn side down back onto the griddle pan to grill for three minutes or until cooked through.
