- PAM® for Grilling
- 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
- Spray cold grill and utensils well with cooking spray. Position grill 3 to 4 inches from heat. Heat grill according to manufacturer's suggestion.
- Cut each potato into 8 to 10 wedges. Spray with cooking spray for 5 seconds. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with rosemary.
- Arrange wedges on heated grill. Grill about 25 to 30 minutes until tender and browned, turning occasionally.
