- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O® Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1 (16 ounce) container ready-to-spread white frosting
- 1 (4.5 ounce) tube black decorating gel
- 6 Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crushed
- 4 Jet-Puffed® miniature marshmallows, cut in half
- Green food coloring
- Medium paper baking cups
- Make cake batter according to package directions. Add dry pudding mix and mix well. Spoon evenly into 24 paper-lined, muffin cups
- Bake according to package directions for cupcakes. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
- Put frosting in medium bowl, add 6 drops of food coloring and stir until well blended.
- Arrange cupcakes on platter or tray to resemble a monsters head and spread with frosting.
- Use decorating gel for eyes, mouth, scars and hairline on the cupcakes. Fill in the hair with cookie crumbs. Arrange marshmallow halves for teeth. Store in refrigerator.
