Savoury hotpot Recipe

  • 1 Â spring onion, sliced
  • 30g/1oz cooked cannellini beans
  • 1 cabbage leaf, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cooked sausages, sliced
  • 75ml/3fl oz stock
  • ½ tsp wholegrain mustard
  • few stalks fresh thyme, leaves only
  1. Preheat the oven to 160C/325F/Gas 3.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a lidded ovenproof dish and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through. Serve with mashed potato or crusty bread.
