Savoury bites Recipe
- 100g/3½oz self-raising flour
- 25g/1oz soft butter
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- 25g/1oz feta, crumbled
- 50ml/2fl oz whole milk
- Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Rub the flour and butter together in a bowl until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the chives and feta. Add the milk and stir together to form a dough.
- Tip the dough out onto a floured work surface and roll out to a thickness of 0.5cm/¼ in thickness.
- Using a biscuit cutter, cut out shapes and place onto the baking tray. Re-roll any leftover dough to make more biscuits.
- Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until risen and golden-brown.
