- 4 O Organics™ Large Brown Eggs
- 2 cups O Organics™ Whole Milk
- 2 teaspoons O Organics™ All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or jalapeno Jack cheese
- 1 (4.5 ounce) package O Organics™ Seasoned Croutons
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking oil spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, Italian herb blend, and salt and pepper to taste until blended. Stir in cheese, croutons, and turkey.
- Pour into prepared dish.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is toasted and custard is set.
- Let set 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
