Savory Turkey Bread Pudding Recipe

  • 4 O Organics™ Large Brown Eggs
  • 2 cups O Organics™ Whole Milk
  • 2 teaspoons O Organics™ All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or jalapeno Jack cheese
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) package O Organics™ Seasoned Croutons
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking oil spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, Italian herb blend, and salt and pepper to taste until blended. Stir in cheese, croutons, and turkey.
  3. Pour into prepared dish.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is toasted and custard is set.
  5. Let set 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
