Savory Spinach Casserole Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and milk; mix until blended. Spoon spinach into 1-quart casserole, top with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 20 minutes.
