Savory Feta-Filled Shells Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese, crumbled, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 jumbo macaroni shells, cooked, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the feta cheese and the garlic powder.
  2. Spoon evenly into macaroni shells; place in 10×6-inch baking dish. Top evenly with the sauce and remaining feta cheese.
  3. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
