- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Orchard's Finest™ Coastal Valley Peach Apricot Preserves
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated ginger root
- Combine preserves, mustard, soy sauce, vinegar and gingerroot in medium microwave-safe bowl; mix well.
- Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until warm. Stir. Serve over grilled pork, chicken or ham or use as a dipping sauce with appetizers.
