Sautéed garlic potatoes Recipe

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 sprigs thyme, leaves only
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the potato cubes and sauté for five minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and thyme, season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and sauté until golden-brown and tender.
  3. To serve, place the sautéed garlic potatoes into a serving dish.
