- 1 frozen BOCA Meatless Smoked Sausage
- 1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 1 slice rye bread, toasted
- COOK sausage as directed on package.
- CUT sausage in half lengthwise and brown in skillet on medium heat. Add sauerkraut and cheese; cover. Heat 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
- SERVE sausage on toast slice with mustard or reduced fat thousand island salad dressing.
