Salsa Shrimp Dip Recipe

  • 4 ounces PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tiny shrimp, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • WHEAT THINS Reduced Fat Baked Snack Crackers
  1. Beat Neufchatel cheese in small bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add salsa, beating until well blended after each addition. Stir in shrimp, celery and onions until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  3. Serve as a dip with the crackers.
