- 2 pounds fresh, ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Hass avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
- Kosher salt to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss lightly.
