Salmon with Gingered Pepper Sauce Recipe

  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks or fillets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 1 teaspoon Morton® Table Salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cloves Seasoned Roasted Garlic
  • Gingered Pepper Sauce
  • Vegetable Medley
  1. Season salmon with Nature's Seasons(R) seasoning blend and salt. Combine oil, minced garlic and lemon juice; pour over fish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Discard any leftover marinade. Spread Seasoned Roasted Garlic on each steak or fillet. Grill to desired doneness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately with Gingered Pepper Sauce and Nature's Vegetable Medley.
