Salmon Pepper Pasta Recipe

  • 1 (4 ounce) frozen salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup frozen bell pepper strips
  • 1 Lean Cuisine Fettucine Alfredo frozen entree
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
  1. Microwave the salmon, the bell pepper, and the pasta entree according to their package instructions.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Toss the garlic and spinach into the heated skillet, turning frequently with tongs until the leaves are wilted (about 2 minutes).
  3. Drain any liquid from the bell pepper, then add it to the pasta along with the salmon, roughly chopped. Stir the spinach into the pasta mixture.
