Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy Recipe

  • 2 cups STOVE TOP Homestyle Herb Stuffing Mix in the Canister
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar mushroom gravy
  1. Mix stuffing mix, meat, onion, egg and 1 cup water. Shape into 6 patties.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides. Drain.
  3. Mix gravy with 1/2 cup water; pour over patties. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
