Rumbrosia Recipe

  • 3/4 cup dark rum
  • 1/2 cup cold brewed jasmine tea
  • 1/3 cup Rose's lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons sweet vermouth
  • 2 tablespoons Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry syrup
  • 1/2 lime, including peel, finely chopped
  • 4 drops Angostura bitters
  • 3 drops orange bitters
  • About 1 cup ice cubes
  1. Shake all ingredients, including ice, in a cocktail shaker, then chill in refrigerator 3 hours to blend flavors (most of ice will melt). Strain drink into 3 tall (12-ounce) glasses filled with ice.
