Rudy Snap Cocktail Recipe

  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces mezcal
  • 3/4 fluid ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup
  • 1/4 fluid ounce amaro liqueur (such as Hum®)
  • ice
  • 1 splash ginger beer
  • 1/2 fluid ounce wormwood-flavored schnapps (such as Jeppson's® Malort®)
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  • 1 slice lime
  1. Combine mezcal, lime juice, simple syrup, and amaro liqueur in a cocktail shaker; fill with ice, cover, and shake until chilled. Fill a lowball glass with ice. Strain cocktail into lowball glass, top with ginger beer, and float schnapps over the top. Garnish with mint and lime.
