Rosemary Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  • 1 (18.4 ounce) pork tenderloin
  • 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Archer Farms dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Archer Farms™ garlic salt
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Rub pork with oil, rosemary and garlic salt.
  2. In large skillet, brown tenderloin on all sides. Transfer to 13×9-inch pan.
  3. Place in oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink in center.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
