- 2 slices ciabatta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bunch rocket
- 50g/1žoz Roquefort, crumbled
- 1 tbsp honey
- Rub the ciabatta all over with olive oil. Heat a griddle pan and griddle the bread on both sides, until toasted.
- Place a slice of griddled ciabatta onto a serving plate and top with the rocket. Place the other slice of griddled ciabatta on top, followed by the Roquefort.
- To serve, drizzle with honey.
