- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 4 barbecued chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 Hass avocados, chopped coarsely
- 2 tomatoes, coarsely diced
- 6 ounces good quality blue cheese
- 6 ounces buttermilk ranch dressing
- Toss romaine lettuce in Ranch buttermilk dressing, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and blue cheese.
