Roasted Red Pepper Dip Recipe

  • 1 (14 ounce) jar roasted red peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a food processor, puree the peppers and garlic with the lemon juice. Add the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth, scrapping down the side occasionally. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Consider a fresh green herb garnish such as cilantro, basil, chives or flat parsley.
