Roasted Garlic Potato Topped Shepherds Pie Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped Fresh Cuts™ Onion
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Market Pantry™ Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Beef Gravy
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 package each, potato flakes and seasoning packet from 7.6 ounce package Market Pantry™ Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  1. Cook ground beef and onions in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare potatoes as package directs using remaining ingredients.
  4. Drop potatoes by spoonfuls around edge of skillet.
