- 1 (1 pound) package refrigerated Resers Creamy Deluxe mashed potatoes
- 1/3 cup Market Pantry™ Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon bottled Market Pantry™ minced garlic
- HEAT oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 1-1/2-quart baking dish or 9-inch pie plate with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- FOLD the sour cream, chives and garlic into the mashed potatoes. Spoon the potatoes into the baking dish.
- BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
- Microwave: PREPARE as directed above.
- TRANSFER potato mixture into a microwave- safe 9-inch pie plate and cover.
- MICROWAVE on high for 3 minutes, then carefully uncover and stir. Microwave an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until potatoes are hot.
