Roasted Garlic and Chive Mashed Potatoes Recipe

  • 1 (1 pound) package refrigerated Resers Creamy Deluxe mashed potatoes
  • 1/3 cup Market Pantry™ Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon bottled Market Pantry™ minced garlic
  1. HEAT oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 1-1/2-quart baking dish or 9-inch pie plate with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. FOLD the sour cream, chives and garlic into the mashed potatoes. Spoon the potatoes into the baking dish.
  3. BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
  4. Microwave: PREPARE as directed above.
  5. TRANSFER potato mixture into a microwave- safe 9-inch pie plate and cover.
  6. MICROWAVE on high for 3 minutes, then carefully uncover and stir. Microwave an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until potatoes are hot.
