- 1 Archer Farms™ Roasted Chicken
- 4 cups Market Pantry™ Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ Chipotle Salsa
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ Tequila Lime Salsa
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup Archer Farms™ Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
- Market Pantry™ Cheddar Cheese (optional)
- Market Pantry™ Sour Cream (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Remove meat from roasted chicken and chop.
- Heat chicken broth, chicken meat and salsas together in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add tortilla chips and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in cilantro, lime juice and salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve immediately garnished with cheese and sour cream if desired.
