- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 55g/2oz caster sugar
- 2 peaches, cut in half and stone removed
- 2 slices Stilton, to serve
- Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
- Heat the honey, butter and sugar in a non-stick frying pan for a few minutes.
- Add the peach halves to the pan and allow to caramelise for a few minutes.
- Transfer to the oven and heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving plate and serve the Stilton slices alongside.
