RITZ® Broccoli Casserole Recipe

  • 3 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
  • 3/4 pound VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
  • 36 RITZ Crackers, coarsely crushed, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix broccoli, VELVEETA and half of the crushed crackers until well blended.
  2. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish. Mix remaining crushed crackers and butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
  3. Bake 45 minutes or until heated through.
