- 8 slices Texas toast thick-sliced bread
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 (7 ounce) package Borden® Shred Medleys™ Southwestern Style Shredded Cheese, seasoned according to package directions
- PREHEAT grill to medium-low heat.
- BRUSH bread lightly on both sides with butter.
- GRILL bread on each side until lightly toasted; sprinkle seasoned cheese equally over top of grilled toast; close lid to melt cheese.
- SLICE cheese toast diagonally and arrange on serving platter.
