Rice Pudding II Recipe
							
										
						
				
- 1 cup water
 
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
 
- 2 cups white sugar
 
- 4 eggs
 
- 1 pinch salt
 
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
 
- 1 cup raisins
 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
- 4 cups milk
 
- In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
 
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
 
- In a large bowl combine the cooked rice, sugar, eggs and salt. Mix well. Stir in flour, raisins and vanilla. Stir in milk. Pour into 9×13 inch baking dish.
 
- Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly set.
