- 2 cups cooked short grain white rice
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/3 cups fat free powdered milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Puree all ingredients in blender; transfer to a glass baking dish.
- Set baking dish in a larger pan filled with 2 to 3 inches of water.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
