Rhubarb Butter Crunch Recipe

  • 8 cups diced rhubarb
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix rhubarb, white sugar, and 3 tablespoons flour together in a bowl; spread onto baking sheet. Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, brown sugar, butter, and oats together in a bowl; sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until browned and crunchy, 35 to 40 minutes.
