Refreshing Tangy Cucumber Juice Recipe

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup water, or as needed
  • 1 green chile pepper
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  1. Blend cucumbers, water, green chile pepper, mint, and salt together in a blender until juice is smooth. Pour juice into glasses and add 1 teaspoon lime juice to each glass.
