- 4 1/2 ounces BUITONI® fresh angel-hair pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup no-pulp orange juice
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet. Brown the chicken, garlic, and onions for about 10 minutes or until tender. Add the wine and orange juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over the pasta.
