Red, White & Blueberry Cream Pie Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  1. Place 3/4 cup blueberries onto bottom of crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with remaining blueberries and strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
