- 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1 1/4 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Place 3/4 cup blueberries onto bottom of crust.
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust.
- Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with remaining blueberries and strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
