- 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 2 tablespoons grated lime peel
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- Lime slices (optional)
- Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix and lime peel.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until smooth (Mixture will be thick.) Immediately stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and lime slices.
