Raw Cauliflower and Tofu Dip Recipe

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3 1/2 ounces tofu
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 pinch dried thyme, or to taste
  • 1 pinch dried oregano, or to taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper, or to taste
  1. Blend cauliflower florets, yogurt, tofu, olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth.
