- 1 (10 ounce) bag Archer Farms™ Romaine Lettuce
- 12 ounces cooked Market Pantry™ Frozen or Archer Farms™ Rotisserie Chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces fresh raspberries
- 4 ounces soft goat cheese
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup Archer Farms™ Raspberry Vinaigrette
- freshly ground black pepper
- Arrange lettuce on a large platter.
- Fan chicken breast slices around edge of platter.
- Scatter raspberries and pecans over salad, and crumble goat cheese in the center.
- Season with freshly ground pepper and drizzle with dressing.
