Raspberry Daiquiris Recipe

  • Lime wedges
  • 2 tablespoons red colored sugar
  • 1 cup chilled light rum
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons limoncello liqueur (optional)
  • 4 teaspoons simple syrup (see below) or sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberry slush
  1. Rub rim of martini glass (about 1-cup size) with a lime wedge. Pour red sugar into a saucer. Dip damp glass rims into sugar to coat. Chill glasses.
  2. Mix together rum, lime juice, limoncello, and simple syrup; keep cold.
  3. Mound equal portions raspberry slush into prepared glasses. Pour equal portions rum mixture over slush. Use a straw to blend the cooler and sip.
